Yes. All contracts include a 30-day notice period. We'll provide a full handover including documentation, access credentials, and training to ensure your team can take over smoothly.
Accelerator includes maintenance and optimization of existing workflows. New builds can be added through AI Automator engagements, often at preferred rates for existing Accelerator clients.
We prepare a report covering: workflows executed, errors caught and resolved, performance trends, and optimization recommendations. We then meet (video call or async) to discuss findings and plan next month's priorities.
When we detect that an integration partner is updating their API, we update your workflows before the old version breaks. We also identify performance bottlenecks and optimize before they become problems.
